Real Estate & Natural Resources

Our office can assist you with real estate purchases, financing, sales, tax-free exchanges, contracts, leases (and landlord-tenant law), agricultural issues, including mineral interests, water law, and wind energy leases. Our experience includes representation of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural real estate owners and lessees. We have represented some of Southeast Wyoming’s largest landowners for many years, and have built a solid reputation in the real estate community.

In addition, Mitch Edwards practices heavily in the areas of mineral interests (including water and wind energy leases). His family owns mineral interests in the Powder River Basin, and he has built working relationships with many of the operating companies in that area and in Southeast Wyoming. He issues title opinions for mineral interests and is familiar with current operations in most of Wyoming and the surrounding states.

Contact us today if we can assist you with real estate, mineral interest or other energy law issues.
