Anthony: Jeff received his B.S. in accounting from Indiana University, his J. D. from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida. Jeff practiced as a Certified Public Accountant before attending law school. After completing his Master of Laws in 1987, he served for two years as Attorney Advisor to the Honorable Perry Shields of the United States Tax Court, Washington, D.C. Since coming to Laramie in 1990, Jeff has emphasized estate planning and probate, federal, state and local taxation, business planning, corporate law, and municipal bond finance. His practice in these areas has involved administrative hearings, trials and appeals. Jeff is a member of the Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado Bars, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Wyoming. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wyoming College of Law.
