Jason M. Tangeman: Jason attended the University of Wyoming, receiving his B.S. in 1991 and his J.D. in 1996. While attending law school Jason was an editor and published member of the Land & Water Law Review. Following law school he worked in the Wyoming Public Defender’s Office. As a public defender Jason tried major felony cases and argued appeals before the Wyoming Supreme Court. Currently, his practice focuses on civil litigation and criminal defense. He is a member of the Colorado and Wyoming Bar Associations, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, and a Board Member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyer Association. Jason is a past President, Vice-President and Secretary for the Albany County Bar Association. Jason was defense counsel in State v. Robinson a high profile murder trial, and the Matthew Shepard murder trial which gained national attention, both of which were tried in Laramie, Wyoming. |
